About Brian

Brian is a Partner of the law firm Dillon & Yudell LLP. His legal practice is principally focused upon the acquisition, licensing and transfer of intellectual property rights, including domestic and foreign patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Brian earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in 1994 and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991.

Since 2004, Brian has represented Senate District 14 (Travis County) on the State Republican Executive Committee of the Republican Party of Texas, where he serves on the Resolutions Committee.

Brian is a member of the Central Texas Republican Assembly, the Republican Club of Austin, and the Lake Travis Republican Club.

Brian resides in Austin with his wife Julia and their five children. Brian and his family attend Redeemer Presbyterian Church and are active in AWANA.
